Fees For Service

Assessment

Fees for assessment are based on the specific referral question/s and the overall complexity of the assessment. Comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations typically range from $2000 to $4000. An assessment to determine eligibility for a gifted and talented education program is $350.

Half of the payment will be collected when meeting for the first testing session, and the second half will be collected when you receive the written report (approximately two weeks from the last date of assessment). Should I be called as an expert witness or to testify in fair hearing, my rates for preparation, travel time, and testimony are higher as these events are usually on late notice and often require cancellation of other clients.

*All comprehensive assessments include (with the exception of Independent Educational Evaluations) a one hour consultation meeting, a one hour information meeting to review assessment results and a comprehensive assessment report

Consultation & Counseling

Consultation, advocacy and counseling services are charged at a flat rate of $150 per hour.

Are These Services Covered By Insurance?

I am in the process of becoming a provider on more than one healthcare panel. At the present time, however, I do not accept insurance payment. If you intend to seek reimbursement, let me recommend that you obtain pre-approval for out of network services before meeting with me and getting clear feedback about the reimbursement rates.  I am happy to give you some ideas about talking with your insurance company before you make those calls. I offer sliding scale at my discretion on a case by case basis.
